Finally, our project management team brings your vision to life. They oversee scheduling and quality control, ready to answer your questions and support you throughout the home-building journey.
We are licensed for residential and small commercial projects in the state of Tennessee and are in the process of becoming licensed in the state of Alabama.
We have workman’s comp insurance and $1,000,000 in general liability insurance. Proof of insurance available upon request.
We offer each customer one set of free professional grade blueprints on all stock floor plans that require no revisions, providing a building contract with us is signed.
Our blueprints include full color 3D renderings, elevation views, foundation and floor layouts, furniture mock-up, and framing details and notes.
Each project will be managed by one of our project managers who will be your main point of contact throughout the building process. Our project managers are there to ensure the project is completed in accordance to the specifications in the contract and ensure the work quality and materials meet our high standards.
