We are licensed for residential and small commercial projects in the state of Tennessee and are in the process of becoming licensed in the state of Alabama.
We have workman’s comp insurance and $1,000,000 in general liability insurance. Proof of insurance available upon request.
We offer each customer one set of free professional grade blueprints on all stock floor plans that require no revisions, providing a building contract with us is signed.
Our blueprints include full color 3D renderings, elevation views, foundation and floor layouts, furniture mock-up, and framing details and notes.
Each project will be managed by one of our project managers who will perform, at minimum, five formal inspections during the duration of the project to ensure the project is completed in accordance to the specifications in the contract and ensure the work quality and materials meet our high standards.

Verify Your Contractor
Before choosing a contractor, we encourage you to verify their license status at the following website: www.verify.tn.gov. The process takes about a minute and ensures you are dealing with a licensed and insured contractor.
Click on the link, select “Contractors” from the “Profession” drop-down box, enter the name of the company and click search.
Our Process
We will help you design your home. We can modify any of our model home plans to fit your needs or help you with a custom design. We have dedicated CAD companies that will provide you with high quality blueprints at an affordable price.
Once a home plan is decided upon and blueprints created, our professional sales staff will provide a free quote based on your plan and selected options and submit a quote via email for your review.
Once a contract has been prepared, we will schedule either an in-person or remote meeting at your convenience to review the contract, specifications and blueprints for accuracy and sign.
The first payment is due upon signing of the contract and is 10% for Barndominiums. We accept checks, cash, ACH payments and most credit and debit cards. A 3% service charge will be applied to all credit and debit card transactions.
A project manager will be assigned to your project and oversee the construction process from day one until completion. We are licensed and insured in Tennessee and are committed to offering industry leading service and quality.
