Midsouth Barndominiums is a general contracting company specializing in the construction of barndominium style home exteriors and interior framing. We also build barns, garages, and shops.  

Yes.  We are licensed to build in Tennessee and working on getting licensed in Alabama.  www.verify.tn.gov

Yes. We provide a one year warranty on all of our work. 

Yes. We currently have a few on our website and are actively adding new ones frequently.

We do not offer financing.  But we are partnered with Peoples Bank in Hohenwald, TN, who offers financing options on barndominium style homes in an effort to better serve our customers.

Barndominium style homes are a great value, often costing thousands less than more traditional options.  Barndominiums are also durable and low maintenance.

Our team is experienced in the construction of barndominium style homes and has the knowledge to answer your questions and complete your project in a timely and professional manner.

We accept checks, cash, and credit/debit cards. There is a 3% fee for purchases made with credit/debit cards.

Our construction coverage area consists primarily of middle Tennessee, parts of west and east Tennessee. We ship materials packages up to 300 miles from Hohenwald, TN. We can ship material outside of that range; however, the customer would be responsible for finding a carrier and all shipping charges. 

Our office is located in Hohenwald TN. Nearby cities are Summertown, Columbia, Lawrenceburg, Centerville and Waynesboro.
