Model Home Gallery
Our shell package includes all the materials and labor to get your home dried in. This includes forming and pouring the concrete slab, interior and exterior framing, exterior door and window installation, installation of the metal roof and siding, and stonework if included on the print.
Our turnkey package includes the exterior shell along with all labor and materials for plumbing, electric, HVAC, gutters, insulation, drywall, paint and trim work, flooring, cabinetry, all kitchen appliances, and even a washer and dryer. Click here for more information about our turnkey package.
Shell Only and Turnkey Packages:
- You are responsible for all building permits and fees.
- You will be responsible for all land preparation, including proper access (driveway) to the build site, land clearing, and pad preparation, ensuring the pad is level (within 2″ of grade) and free of any debris or obstructions.
- You are responsible for having all utilities run to the home site, we will provide the hook ups once there.
- We do not include any landscaping or termite treatment.
Shell Only Package:
- You will be responsible for all plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, paint, trim, interior doors, cabinetry, appliances, and all other interior finishings.
